considerations:
• Enable your JavaScript
• Check your Browser Compatibility:
• Firefox Current - 1 version
• Internet Explorer 6+
• Safari Current - 1 version
• Opera Current - 1 version
• Chrome Current - 1 version
Considerations for internet explorer (7,8,9 Versions), if the fields in the page
