Cancellations requested less than 24 hours prior to the service are not refundable.

ID will be requested for verification of the main passenger identity. This does not apply to REGISTERED TRAVEL AGENTS.
CHANGES TO THE VIP SERVICE:
VIP services are limited by availability and making changes to the original itinerary in which your booking was confirmed changes the status of your reservation to the waiting list, which could ultimately result in cancellation of the service and refunds generate a % administrative charge.
NO SHOWS: Are non-refundable.
NO SHOW refers to the fact that after having a confirmed reservation the client did not show up for the service, did not communicate with us by phone, email or by text message, having all that information at his fingertips.
CONDUCT:
The Service Provider reserves the right to deny entry to persons who do not dress decently and who do not maintain good conduct with other passengers.
Entry with food or drinks purchased outside the Lounge is NOT allowed.
Animals are NOT allowed to enter without prior authorization from the Lounge Management.
NO alcoholic beverages for children under 18 years old.
We are NOT responsible for any damage or loss of property of any user who has acted negligently or intentionally.
REMINDER:
VIP Departure lounges is a non - smoking facility (Smoking is available on the terrace).
