Dominican Airport Transfers LLC. is in the Tourist business, not the spying business. We will not ask you for information that does not have a purpose and we will not require information to be disclosed that is not absolutely necessary. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to others.
What information do we collect and how do we use it?
In order to process your booking we do require certain information. This will include the name of the person making the booking, address, telephone number, email address, and your credit card number. We also need to establish your flight details, destination resort and accommodation. All of this information is collated for different reasons. Obviously we need to establish your holiday details to ensure your vehicle is waiting for the correct flight and knows which hotel to take you to. Your telephone/Email address are required in to send your booking confirmation and contact you in the unlikely event of any changes prior to departure. We need your address to assist in processing your credit card transaction as proof of authentication helping prevent any potential fraudulent activity.
NB
Credit card details will be handled securely to ensure confidentiality. SSL (Secure sockets layer) encryption is employed to ensure PayPal protects sensitive data.
Who do you share your information with?
Dominican Airport Transfers LLC. collates your information solely for the purpose of making your booking and does not share, sell, trade or rent your personal information with anyone.

In addition and as required by law we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information, which you have given to us, to prevent unauthorized access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

- We booked Private Transfer and so glad we did. Service was excellent to and from the resort. Our flight was an hour late leaving the states, but the representative was there and waiting for us. When it was time to leave the driver was there ahead of schedule and walking around the resort looking for us. On both the drive to the resort and the return, the drivers took special care to ensure that the ride was as smooth as possible. There were lots of pot holes after you got outside the main city. All in all a great experience.

- The service was extremely good. The transport was available on schedule, and the drivers were courteous and helpful. Our bus had a mechanical problem half way to the resort and I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently we were transferred to a replacement bus ... we even arrived on schedule in spite of the brief delay.

- Even with an hour flight delay, our driver was easily able to come pick us up at the new time and we barely had a wait. On the way back, the driver was in the lobby waiting for us and quickly got us on our way (even though we were dragging our feet to leave the resort!) - Our experience was wonderful--the driver was readily available upon our arrival in Punta Cana, and was actually early for our return trip to the airport. We booked the private transfer, and are very glad we did so--no hassles with multipe drop-offs and pick-ups. We would not hesitate to use DAT again in the future.
