Prior to submitting your request, please be aware of the following terms and conditions.

1. Our service is limited to the Punta Cana local area only and must be booked at least 48 hours prior to pick up.

2. The service includes transportation for the contracted time only. Beverages are not included nor available for purchase.

***3. Child seats can be provided for an additional fee of $10 each. Please specify the type of car seat, age, and weight of the child.

4. If the service is contracted for 3 hours, the timing starts from when you enter the vehicle until drop-off. Any additional time beyond 3 hours will be charged for an extra hour based on the chosen vehicle.

5. The cancellation fee will amount to 50% of the total price paid, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

6. NO SHOWS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. (It means the driver went all the way to pick you up and you weren't there at the agreed location)

After you submit your request, we will send you an invoice via email for the total amount. Once the payment is received, we'll send you a confirmation message. Please note that we only accept Credit Card payments for booking this service.
