Prior to submitting your request, please be aware of the following terms and conditions.
1. You can only use this service in the Punta Cana area, and you need to book it at least 48 hours in advance.
2. The service just covers transportation for the agreed time. Drinks aren't included and you can't buy them.
3. Child seats are available for an additional charge of USD each. Kindly indicate the type of car seat required, along with the child's age and weight.
4. If the service is contracted for three hours, the time begins when the driver arrives at the pickup point. Additional time beyond 3 hours will be charged for an extra hour based on the chosen vehicle.
5. The cancellation fee shall be equivalent to 50% of the total amount paid, irrespective of the reason for the cancellation.
6. NO SHOWS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
