CANCELLATIONS:
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours before your travel date to receive a refund. A standard % processing fee applies to all cancellations regardless of the reason and will be deducted from the refund amount. We appreciate you’re understanding.
What happens if you don’t show up for your reservation?
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. However, please note that “No Shows” are non-refundable, as our team and resources are reserved exclusively for your service. This policy allows us to keep operations reliable for all guests.
Important Notice: The VIP Departure Fast Track & Lounge Services is an additional and optional service designed to enhance your travel experience. It is not mandatory or required to travel.
By selecting these services, you acknowledge that the scope and nature of the service have been clearly explained.
Once the service has been provided, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including flight cancellations or the passenger’s inability to board.
All sales are final. The client will be considered fully assisted once the service has been completed, regardless of any subsequent circumstances not related to the service described.
By accepting these terms and conditions, the client acknowledges and agrees to the non-refundable policy for the VIP Departure Fast Track & Lounge Services.
CHANGING YOUR VIP RESERVATION:
What if you need to make a last-minute change to your booking?
We’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute changes. If you notify us at least 24 hours before your service, you may be eligible for a refund (minus the % processing fee).
Changes requested less than 24 hours in advance are subject to availability and may not be refundable. To avoid losing your booking, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.
